At GymFreaks, every order is carefully prepared and dispatched. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase — all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, the sale is considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection (size, flavour, variant, quantity)
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Delays caused by the courier or third-party shipping providers

Please double-check your order details, shipping address, and contact information before checkout.

Defective or Damaged Products

The only exception to our final-sale policy is if your product arrives defective, damaged, or faulty.

If you believe your product is defective, you must:

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Include your order number, a clear description of the defect, and supporting photos or video evidence
  • Keep the product, original packaging, and all accessories in the condition they arrived in

How We Resolve Defective Product Issues

Once you contact support with a verified defect:

  • Your case will be escalated to our resolutions team
  • We will investigate the issue with the supplier or manufacturer
  • Based on the outcome, we will offer a suitable resolution — this may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion
  • We will keep you updated throughout the entire process until the matter is fully resolved

Our goal is simple: if a product fails because of a genuine defect, we will make it right.

Important Notes

  • Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not qualify for resolution
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage, or tampering is not covered
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Proof of purchase is required for every defect claim
