At GymFreaks, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the conditions below.

Returns Window

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All manuals, parts, packaging, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note:

  • Items that have been assembled or used may be subject to a restocking or handling fee
  • Custom or special-order items are non-refundable

Shipping & Collection

  • If your order was delivered via courier, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival
  • If the product is confirmed to be damaged or faulty, GymFreaks will arrange or cover return logistics where applicable
  • If collection requires a dedicated vehicle or team, an additional collection fee may apply

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected
  • Approved refunds are processed at the end of the calendar month
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.

Warranty Policy

All GymFreaks products include a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty (unless otherwise stated on the product page).

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects on parts within the warranty period

What's Not Covered

  • Labour costs beyond the first 3 months
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper assembly, or tampering
  • Normal wear and tear

Warranty Claims Process

  • Products may need to be returned for inspection at an approved location
  • Alternatively, an on-site inspection can be arranged at an additional call-out fee (based on location)
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining and servicing equipment to keep warranties valid

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
